60 minute calls, either through Facetime, Zoom, or standard call. Ask me anything you want regarding diet suggestions, gym/training guidance or clarifications, or just how to optimize your day-to-day habits to better reach your desired goals.

Posing Coaching (Classic Physique)

Preferred to be done in person, but can be over Facetime/Zoom! I am a Classic Physique competitor, so that is my strength.
